Payment Terms & Policies

Rates
Suites from $85 to $195 and Studios from $75 to $175 depending on the time of year and events. Rates are for 1 or 2 persons per room, additional persons are $10 per person per night. During slow seasons even lower rates and/or specials are available

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If your Suite or studio is ready when you arrive, of course we'll let you in earlier. We will be happy to hold your luggage before or after your stay so you can get out on the town - we'll even give you the key.

Reservation Policy
A credit card charge for the first night will hold your room. Cancellation is required 72 hours before arrival during regular season, with and $25 cancellation fee. If not cancelled before 72 hours the desposit will not be refuned. During heavy periods you do not show for the time you have reserved we may charged for the entire stay. If we are able to re-book then we will refund, except the deposit the balance - only if we can re-book your room and there will be a $25 cancellation fee.

Special Events Cancellation Policy
When booking for a Special Event Period (ie Mardi Gras, JazzFest, French Quarter Fest, and a few others) 50% deposit is required at the time of making the reservations. The balance is due 30 days before arrival and there will be no refunds after that date. However, if you must cancel and we are able to re-book the room, you will receive a refund less $50.
